Put the anchor text in a paragraph that is relevant and in context to the anchor text. Remember that for every 1 point increase in PR there is a 10 fold increase in ranking power. E.g., 1 PR 4 backlink will support a webpage PR 3 even with ten other backlinks on the same page. But it takes 10 PR 3 backlinks to support a PR 4, more if there are several backlinks dividing the ranking juice.
